Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lamb mince
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, shredded chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into elongated kofta patties or skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Cook the kofta for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  6. While the kofta cooks, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  7. Serve the kofta warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
