Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:
