Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  3. While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise and wasabi paste in a small bowl to create the wasabi mayo.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the burgers by spreading the wasabi mayo on the bottom bun, adding the beef patty, followed by shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, green onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
