Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, chopped walnuts, and protein powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey until smooth. Stir in the chopped dates until well combined.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
