Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raagi flour
  • 1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine raagi flour, jowar flour, cocoa powder, and whey protein powder.
  2. Add the peanut butter, chopped dates, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well until the ingredients start to come together. If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches a moldable consistency.
  4. Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
