Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the seeds and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water, nutritional yeast, sea salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the seeds and stir until all seeds are coated evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper, flattening it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 8-12 hours, or until the bread is firm and dry to the touch.
  6. Once dehydrated, cut into slices and store in an airtight container.
