Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:
