  • 8 oz tomato paste

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
