Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, for garnish
  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, fresh blueberries, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cashew milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup.
