Ingredients:

  • 250 grams soft butter
  • 250 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 6 drops vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 450 grams flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the soft butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla sugar and vanilla essence, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the egg into the butter mixture, blending thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

  7. Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
