Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pitted prunes
  • 1/4 cup grape juice
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the prunes and water. Heat over medium heat until the prunes are soft and hydrated, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and strain the prunes, reserving the water. Blend the softened prunes with the reserved water until smooth. Set aside.
